The Rafael Gonzalez brand was founded in 1928, but trademarked in 1936 and originally catered to the British market with a light blend of tobacco from the Vuelta Abajo region. The Panetela Extra has a thin gauge and natural Cuban wrapper with floral, sweet, and sublime flavors.
